The process for Web Development, as with the Software Development Process, has evolved over many years and draws on experience with a wide ranging client base.  The process is very similar, but with the addition of extra areas of consultancy which are prudent for web based solutions.  Gold Logic employs a highly talented web design team that has a wealth of experience in providing very clean and easy to use interfaces for web based Solutions.

Support

Gold Logic has its own web based support system which is available for all clients to access to log support enquiries.  This system automates contact with the solution team which enables a very quick turnaround from initial log to provision of solution.  We also employ a support desk which is available within normal UK working hours, Also available to all clients if they wish to talk directly with support staff to make sure that any enquiry is dealt with quickly and efficiently. 

Full support is available for all the work we undertake and requests can be serviced 24 hours a day using the web utility - we also offer managed IT services and IT security audits and assessment of vulnerability.
